I’ve heard contracting can be time consuming and confusing. Is this true?
Contracting can be frustrating, confusing, and time consuming if you have to do it by yourself. With Senior Market Team you will have someone helping you every step of the way. We take a very hands-on approach to eliminate these obstacles and help you get up and running as quickly as possible.
What is the general processing time for a contract?
Contracts generally take 7-10 business days to be processed. Some may take longer depending on background checks and other factors outside of our control. We follow up on contracts to ensure they are being processed as quickly as possible.

Where can I check on the status of my contracting?
You can contact us anytime regarding your contracting status. You can also check your AgentWay account for the current status. We might not always have the exact time frame because we don’t have access to the carriers contracting systems, but we will do whatever we can to get the status for you.
Can I contract my agency?
Yes, you can contract your agency. Each carrier will have their own requirements of how this can be done. If you’re contracting with an agency, we will reach out to request additional information to help you create the correct structure when doing this.
Can I transfer an existing contract to Senior Market Team?
Yes, you can transfer contracts. However, carriers have different policies and procedures for transfers. In some cases, you may need a release from your current agency if you are already appointed with the carrier. Please contact us to learn more.
